Mr. Wasserman represents plaintiffs in employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims and class actions. Mr. Wasserman has shepherded hundreds of employment cases from start to finish, including numerous trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Mr. Wasserman and his team have secured multiple six-figure and seven-figure settlements for plaintiffs alleging violations of the California Labor Code, Private Attorneys General Act, Federal Labor Standards Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Family Rights Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. With offices in Northern and Southern California, Mr. Wasserman and his team handle employment cases all across California. Mr. Wasserman currently serves as the firm’s Director of Human Resources.
