Moui Chea, a 2007 graduate of Loyola Law School and a member of the State Bar of California, has joined the firm as an associate.

Julia Chalmers, a 2007 graduate of the Laurence Drivon School of Law and a member of the State Bar of California has joined the firm as an associate.

Dennis Lucey, a 2000 graduate of JFK University Law School has joined the firm as an associate. Mr. Lucey will be focusing on litigation of personal injury and business related matters. He has experience in banking fraud detection, real estate escrow and title litigation.

Senior Shareholder Mark Berry has been named a Fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America. Only 2500 attorneys in the United States have been afforded this honor.

Senior Shareholder Jeff Setness has been chosen as a 2008 Super Lawyer. Mr. Setness was given the honor in 2005 as well.  Super Lawyers are chosen by a blue ribbon panel and Mr. Setness' award reflects his stature in the legal community.

Robert Wasserman, a 2007 graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law has joined the firm. He will focus on business and litigation.

Senior Shareholder William Gorham obtained a seven figure settlement in a wrongful death action on behalf of the firm's clients in a motor vehicle accident case in March, 2008

Senior Shareholder William Hale and Associate Rando Rodgriguez obtained a significant settlement on behalf of the firms clients in a motor vehicle accident case in March 2008

Senior Shareholder J. Anthony Abbot obtained a six figure settlement in a wrongful death case involving a pedestrian and a motor vehicle in March 2008

Senior Shareholder Vladimir "Mirko" Kozina obtained a medical malpractice settlement on behalf of his clients against a rehabilitation hospital and its medical director in February, 2008. He is a charter Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and was named a Super Lawyer for 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Senior Shareholder Mark Adams and Associate David Cheng resolved two employment discrimination and harassment cases in December, 2007, each for six figures.
