Since 1991, Mr. Berry’s practice has been concentrated on the representation of self-insureds, insurers and their insureds in all types of civil litigation including personal injury, governmental entity liability, complex construction defect, premises liability, and employer liability. Representative practice areas include personal injury defense, first party arbitration, religious entity defense, special investigations (SIU), police practices and excessive force defense, premises liability defense, and employment defense. Mr. Berry also acts as a professional neutral.
