Mr. Wassermann represents plaintiffs in employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims and class actions. Mr. Wassermann has shepherded hundreds of employment cases from start to finish, including numerous trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Mr. Wassermann and his team have secured multiple six-figure and seven-figure verdicts and settlements for plaintiffs alleging violations of the California Labor Code, Private Attorneys General Act, Federal Labor Standards Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Family Rights Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. With offices in Northern and Southern California, Mr. Wassermann and his team handle employment cases all across California. Mr. Wassermann has served as a managing partner since 2015 and currently serves as the firm’s Director of Marketing.
