Since 2011, John Briscoe has worked almost exclusively for Mayall Hurley’s employment law team—representing plaintiffs in cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage-and-hour disputes, and other matters. He has extensive experience handling not only single-plaintiff cases, but also in litigating high-value class actions involving statewide illegal employment practices. He has been involved at all stages of alternate dispute resolution and litigation, including jury and bench trials and arguing cases before the California Courts of Appeal. He is practiced in both California and federal courts.
